Effective date: October 4, 2026
Applies to: the All Dai app for iPhone and iPad and its widgets ("All Dai", "the app"), published by implicitli ("we", "us").
All Dai is built to work without an account and to keep your personal information on your device. We do not collect any data about you. This policy explains what the app accesses on your device, what services it talks to, and why.
All Dai reads the following only after you allow it in iOS, and only to build your brief on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and it is never used for advertising or marketing.
| Data | What All Dai does with it |
|---|---|
| Calendar (Full Access) | Reads today's events and the next 24 hours from the calendars you choose. It shows them, works out busy and free time, and writes a short summary. It never adds, changes or deletes events. |
| Reminders (Full Access) | Reads reminders that are due today or overdue from the lists you choose. When you tap a reminder's circle, it marks that reminder complete. When you tap + and save, it adds the reminder you wrote. It changes nothing else. |
| Apple Health (read-only) | Reads Activity rings, active energy and workouts, steps, water and sleep, for yesterday and today so far, to show a short recap. All Dai never writes to Apple Health. |
| Your settings | Things like section order, chosen calendars and lists, theme, chosen coins and cached results. These are stored on your device, in the app and in a shared app container its widgets read. |
All Dai uses Apple's HealthKit framework, and its handling of health data follows Apple's HealthKit rules:
The summaries in your brief (calendar, weather, health), the Motivation line and some Word of the Dai examples are written on your device. The app uses Apple Intelligence (Apple's on-device Foundation Models) when your device supports it, and a built-in template otherwise. Nothing is sent to a server to write them.
If you turn on Weather and allow location While Using the App, All Dai sends your device's location to Apple WeatherKit (Apple Weather) to get current conditions and the forecast. All Dai never uses your location in the background. The app keeps only the last location on your device, to label the forecast. We do not receive your location. Apple's handling of WeatherKit requests is covered by Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). Weather data is provided by Apple Weather (legal attribution: https://weatherkit.apple.com/legal-attribution.html).
If you use the News page, the app downloads the public news feeds you choose directly from those publishers. We receive nothing.
All Dai Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. The app checks your subscription status with Apple's StoreKit on your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Apple's Standard EULA applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
When Crypto is on, the app gets prices from our own small server, the "All Dai price proxy". It runs on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc. is our hosting provider). The server fetches prices from CoinMarketCap on a schedule and passes them back to the app. The app never contacts CoinMarketCap, and no information about you is sent to CoinMarketCap.
We do not collect data through the price server. Each request carries the coin symbols you picked, and like any internet request it arrives from your IP address. The server uses that only to answer the request and to prevent abuse:
None of this is linked to your identity, used for advertising or tracking, or shared. Cloudflare processes network traffic to run its service, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).
Crypto data is provided by CoinMarketCap.com. Prices are for information only and are not financial advice.
If you choose to share crash or usage data with app developers in iOS settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and statistics. That is controlled by you and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
All Dai is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no accounts and doesn't ask for anyone's age, name or contact details.
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
